My name is Elise Daley

I’m a wine and cheese sommelier and educator, and I created The Fromologist as a platform for anyone who loves cheese !

Born in Australia, I have lived and worked across Australia, England and France, travelling through regions rich in food, wine and cheese culture. Along the way, I have made, sold, studied and enjoyed cheese and wine from a wide range of producers and traditions, developing a deep appreciation for the stories, craftsmanship and communities behind them.

The Fromologist brings together that experience and passion. through workshops, cheese events, retail and catering offerings.
